口腔医学教育范式的演进与创新:基于整合性学习与胜任力导向的理论模型构建

摘要:口腔医学教育当前正经历着一种转变,即从以往单纯的传统技能训练朝着整合思维、临床胜任力培养的范式进行转型。本文对现有的教育模式所存在的局限性展开分析之后,提出并且建立了以“基础 - 临床 - 人文”三维整合作为核心内容的教育模型,着重强调借助问题导向学习、模拟教学、反思性实践来推动批判性思维、个体化诊疗能力的培育。
