依托考昔片对髋、膝关节置换患者围手术疼痛管理研究

摘要：目的：本研究旨在探讨依托考昔片在髋、膝关节置换患者围手术期疼痛管理中的应用效果及安全性。方法：回顾性选择2023年1月-2024年12月甘肃省中医院收治的98例髋、膝关节置换手术患者，随机分为手术组（对照组）和手术+依托考昔片治疗组（研究组），每组49例。研究组在标准手术治疗基础上给予依托考昔片（60 mg/片，一天2次，饭后服用）。结果：研究组术后疼痛评分（VAS）显著低于对照组（P<0.001），髋关节和膝关节的功能恢复评分（HHS评分和Lysholm评分）均显著优于对照组（P<0.001），术后住院时间较对照组显著缩短（P<0.01）。在安全性方面，研究组不良反应发生率为12.2%，且均为轻度不良反应，未对治疗产生明显影响。结论：依托考昔片在髋、膝关节置换术围手术期疼痛管理中具有良好的应用效果和安全性，能够有效缓解术后疼痛，促进关节功能恢复，缩短住院时间。
