摘要:目的 探讨乳腺剪切波弹性成像(SWE)结合空心针穿刺在乳腺癌早期筛查中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年2月至2025年2月内接受乳腺筛查的女性76例,均行乳腺SWE检查,对SWE提示异常的病灶进行空心针穿刺活检,并以手术病理结果为金标准,分析SWE诊断效能及联合应用的价值。结果 SWE对乳腺癌诊断具有一定的敏感度、特异度和准确率,与空心针穿刺活检联合应用后,能显著提高早期乳腺癌的检出率,降低漏诊率和误诊率。结论 乳腺 SWE结合空心针穿刺在乳腺癌早期筛查中有重要应用价值,可为临床早期诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。
