中西医结合治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床研究进展

摘要：抽动障碍是儿童期常见的神经发育性障碍，以不自主、反复、快速的肌肉抽动和（或）发声抽动为主要特征。本文综述中西医结合治疗儿童抽动障碍的进展：Meta分析显示针刺治疗安全有效，针刺联合中药疗效较优；芍麻止痉颗粒疗效不劣于硫必利而不良反应更少；2025年专家共识确立了分级分层及“初期联合、中期减量、后期中药维持”的治疗模式，为临床合理选用治疗方案提供参考。
