心房纤颤消融术后引起胃潴留病例一例并文献分析

摘要：心房纤颤是老年人群常见心律失常，我国人口老龄化加剧后其发生率逐渐升高。其发病机制尚未完全明确，现有研究包括折返激动、触发活动、连缀现象、功能性阻滞区异常传导等。治疗分为药物与手术，心房纤颤射频消融术是重要前沿技术，并发症包括心血管迷走反射、血栓栓塞、心房食管瘘、心包填塞、肺静脉狭窄等，但引起胃潴留的相关报道较少。本文报道心房纤颤消融术后胃潴留一例并复习文献，以期提升对该并发症的认识，提前预防，减少术后并发症。
