摘要:静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)作为非侵入技术,可无创勾勒大脑内在功能网络,展现自发低频BOLD信号波动下的功能连接。双下肢静脉血栓(DVT)是常见血管病,除影响外周循环,血栓脱落致肺栓塞是主要威胁。近年发现其与中枢神经系统功能有潜在关联,涉及疼痛、情绪等多方面。本文综述rs-fMRI原理等,回顾其在多病研究进展,探讨DVT致脑功能改变机制,分析研究现状,提出引入评估的可行方向以供跨学科参考。
