古筝演奏机能退化的成因及解决方案

摘要：古筝演奏技艺的传承离不开演奏者身体机能的健康维持。随着演奏技法日益复杂化和职业化程度不断提高，演奏机能退化问题日益凸显。本文基于表演艺术医学的跨学科视角，结合演奏相关肌肉骨骼疾病（PRMDs）研究成果，旨在探讨古筝演奏机能退化的概念内涵、临床表现、多维成因及针对性解决方案，构建“生理-技术-心理-环境”四维成因分析模型，提出涵盖科学训练体系重构、医学干预机制建立及乐器人机工程学改良的系统性方案，以期为古筝演奏者的职业健康保障提供理论参考。
