人工智能对企业创新的影响

摘要:在数字经济深入发展的背景下,人工智能技术已成为驱动企业创新范式转型的关键战略资源。然而,现有研究多关注人工智能对整体创新绩效的影响,缺乏对其如何重塑创新结构维度的系统性理论阐释。基于此,本文先阐述了人工智能、创新广度和创新深度的概念,再结合资源基础观与创新理论,构建了人工智能影响企业创新广度与创新深度的理论框架,并从理论层面深入剖析了人工智能对创新广度及创新深度的具体影响机理。最后从本文的理论分析提炼出相关管理启示,为企业人工智能赋能创新提供理论借鉴。
