摘要:本论文探讨人工智能与著作权法的互动,重点分析生成式人工智能在训练中使用受版权保护作品是否构成侵权。随着该技术快速发展,传统“合理使用”面临挑战,而中国相关法律仍不完善。论文借鉴美国、欧盟、英国和日本的制度经验,结合现行法律政策与司法实践,提出针对性改革建议,旨在平衡创意激励与公共利益,并推动中国积极参与国际规则制定与全球数字治理。
