供应链冗余策略分类及构建路径综述

供应链冗余策略分类及构建路径综述

摘要:在全球供应链高耦合且不确定性因素增多的背景下,针对冗余策略定义与分类尚未统一的问题,本文系统梳理了代表性文献,归纳了供应商配置与制造商产能的冗余构建路径,并总结了各类冗余策略的机制与建模方法,构建了现有的术语体系与分类框架。研究结果表明,多种冗余策略的综合应用可显著提升供应链韧性,为在成本与弹性之间实现平衡提供了参考。
