Research on the Integration of Marx’s Community Thought into Enterprise Team Culture Construction

Abstract: Centered on the core connotation of "community of free individuals", Marx’s community thought focuses on the dialectical unity of individuals and collectives, collaborative symbiosis, and the all-round development of human beings, providing a fundamental value guideline and theoretical paradigm for the construction of modern enterprise team culture. At present, the construction of enterprise team culture in China generally faces in-depth problems such as alienation of individual values, loose team collaboration, lack of humanistic care, and utilitarian value systems. From the perspective of qualitative research, this paper systematically interprets the core connotation of Marx’s community thought, analyzes the practical dilemmas of enterprise team culture construction, explores the internal compatibility between the two, and probes into the practical paths for integrating the thought into team culture construction. It aims to build a modern enterprise team culture that is people-oriented, collaborative and symbiotic, and conducive to common development, so as to support the high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises.
