Abstract: Specialized anti-vertigo training is a key intervention component of the aviation physiological training system for civil aviation pilots. Its primary objective is to induce adaptive remodeling of the human vestibular system through systematic stimulus regulation, thereby enhancing vestibular tolerance and reducing the risk of motion sickness responses and spatial disorientation during flight. From a physiological perspective, this paper elaborates on the influence mechanism of specialized anti-vertigo training on the vestibular system from several aspects, including gradient vestibular stimulation during training, multisensory integration coordination, and synchronous autonomic nervous enhancement. Finally, it proposes methods to maintain and improve training effects. Research shows that specialized anti-vertigo training can improve pilots' adaptation level when coping with complex flight dynamic environments through various approaches, such as inducing central vestibular habituation, remodeling multisensory information integration patterns, and regulating autonomic nervous balance, providing reliable theoretical support and operational approaches for the systematic improvement of the professional physiological quality of civil aviation aircrew.
