摘要:目的 探讨18F-FDG PET /CT融合辅助CT引导下经皮腹腔多发病变穿刺活检术的可行性和临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2023年11月之间在我院行PET/CT及CT引导下经腹腔病变穿刺活检术的患者的148例患者,本研究纳入PET/CT组49例,单独CT组99例。比较两组患者的准确性和安全性。结果:148例患者定位准确、穿刺成功率100%,两组并发症发生率低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PET/CT组活检成功时间为(14.65±2.25)min,进针次数为(1.56±0.56)次,CT组活检成功时间为(15.77±2.41)min,进针次数为(2.24±0.62)次,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:与CT引导下的经皮腹腔多发病灶活检相比,18F-FDG PET/ CT引导下的经皮腹腔多发病灶活检是评估腹腔肿瘤样病变的一种有效、安全、诊断效能高的替代方法。
