摘要:宫颈癌严重威胁女性健康,鳞状上皮内病变(Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion,SIL)是其重要癌前阶段。传统宫颈筛查方法存在一定局限性,而宿主细胞DNA甲基化标记在宫颈疾病的早期检测、诊断及管理方面展现出潜在优势。本文综合分析既往相关文献,对宿主细胞DNA甲基化标记在宫颈筛查和SIL的管理中研究进展进行阐述,旨在为临床实践提供参考,推动宫颈疾病防治的发展。
